01 · The Crew From the block

We're a small crew with one job:
do it like it's our own living room.

Most TV installers are nationwide contractors juggling fifty calls a day. We're the opposite — a tight team of three working a defined service area, with the kind of pace that lets us actually hide the cables, line up the mount with the studs, and leave the wall cleaner than we found it. Same crew, same trucks, same standards every visit.

On Time

A 90-minute window — and we text 30 minutes before we arrive.

No Surprises

Quoted price is the price. No upsells at the door, ever.

Clean Site

Drop cloths down, dust vacuumed up, trash out with us.

02 · The Work

Six things
we mount, hide, or tidy.

Every job we do falls into one of these tickets. Pick the one that matches your wall, your room, or the cables you're trying to make disappear — we'll handle the rest.

TICKET · 001

Standard wall mount

Drywall, plaster, or brick. We locate studs, choose the right anchors, level to within a hair, and tidy the cord drop so nothing dangles.

Most popular 32" – 85"
TICKET · 002

Above-the-fireplace

Pull-down or tilting mounts so the screen sits at eye level. Heat-aware brackets, mantle-friendly cable routing, and a steady viewing angle that won't strain anyone's neck.

Tilt + pull-down Up to 75"
TICKET · 003

In-wall cable concealment

Power and HDMI run through the wall using code-compliant in-wall kits. No more visible cords, no more cable raceways pretending to be trim.

Code-compliant Drywall only
TICKET · 004

Soundbar & speaker setup

Wall-mounted soundbars, bookshelf bracket installs, and tidy cable runs so your audio setup matches the clean look of your TV.

Pairs with mount Any brand
TICKET · 005

Full articulating arm

Swing-arm and corner mounts for kitchens, bedrooms, and tricky angles. Range of motion tested before we leave, so it lands where you want it.

Swing & tilt Full motion
TICKET · 006

Mount swap & relocation

Moving the TV across the room or upgrading to a new bracket. We patch the old anchors with light spackle and leave the previous spot ready for paint.

03 · The Route

From the first text
to a clean wall.

We keep it deliberately simple — four stops between the message you send us and the moment we hand you the remote. No portal, no ten-step intake form.

01 STOP ONE

Text the room.

Send us a photo of the wall and the model number of your TV. That's the whole intake. Within the hour during business hours, we reply with a flat price and the next two openings on the route.

02 STOP TWO

Pick a window.

We book in 90-minute windows because most jobs take 45–75 minutes — that leaves us a buffer so we're not late to your living room because the last one ran long. Same-week is the norm.

03 STOP THREE

We arrive prepared.

Drop cloths down, studs marked, mount unboxed before we touch the wall. We confirm the height with you while the screen is still in our hands — adjustments at this stage are free; later they're a hassle.

04 STOP FOUR

Walk-through & clean exit.

We test the mount range, hand you the remote, and walk you through anything you want to know — tilt limits, how to safely take it down, how the cables routed. Then drop cloths up, dust vacuumed, packaging out with us.

Average door-to-door

Just under an hour for a standard wall mount.

04 · The Standard

Why the block calls
us first.

These aren't promises — they're the rules we lose work over when we break them. Which is why we don't.

A real arrival window.

90 minutes, not the four-hour cable-guy gamble. We text 30 minutes before we knock so you can finish what you were doing.

Quoted price, period.

What we text you is what you pay. If we hit something we didn't plan for, we stop and ask — we don't bill for it after the fact.

Level. Anchored. Hidden.

Studs found, hardware matched to your wall type, cables tucked behind the wall or routed cleanly. Every mount, every time.

12-month workmanship.

Anything we installed wobbles or loosens within a year? We come back, on us. So far we haven't had to — but the door is open.

From the block.

We live in the area we serve. The route is a real route — not a national call center handing you off to whoever's closest.

Same crew every visit.

Two named installers, background-checked, insured. The same two who answered your text are the ones at your door.

05 · Word of Mouth

Notes from
the neighbors.

Most of our jobs come from someone telling someone else. Here's what a few of them said when they did.

"Texted them a photo on Monday morning, mount was up by Thursday afternoon. The cables actually disappeared into the wall — I had no idea that was even an option in our place."

M
Maya R. Living Room · West End

"They quoted us a fair price for a 65" above the fireplace and stuck to it, even after they realized the mantle was deeper than the photos showed. That's rare. We'll use them again."

D
Daniel & Priya K. Family Room · Heights District

"Showed up exactly inside their window, drop cloths down, dust vacuumed. The vibe was 'we know what we're doing' not 'we're charging by the hour.' Refreshing."
